Well let me just say that I am sooooo thankful that I listened and gave this place a try. Within just 2 visits my neck was about 90% better and by body just overall felt healthy, if that makes sense. The treatment and care that you receive is top notch and I highly recommend them for the outstanding service provided. My experience today was excellent from the moment I entered the office. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. Both doctors who examined and treated me provided a step by step description of what they were doing and why. Insurance coverage was discussed beforehand so I had no surprises. Treatment began right after examination, which allowed me to leave the office with some relief.

After a long flight from the uk my back was really hurting and as I wanted to enjoy my New York experience with out pain I was recommended to go see Dr Keller and I wasn’t disappointed, her knowledge and care had me walking those streets without discomfort, my only regret is that you have Dr Keller in New York and I have to go back to the uk with out her, but then I am pain free! I’ve had a great experience at Brooklyn Spine Center with Dr. Melinda Keller. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, and the receptionists are always polite, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is beautiful, very new, and extremely clean, which makes every visit comfortable. Most importantly, the treatments have been very helpful for my back pain. I highly recommend this place!
