One focused mission

We believe the body is capable of real healing, and that every patient deserves the time it takes to understand what’s going on. We get to know each patient before recommending anything, and we adjust the plan as we learn what works for them. Meet Dr. Melinda Keller, our founder and clinic director, to learn more about the philosophy behind the practice.

Our doctors and support staff work closely together and communicate carefully, from your first phone call through every visit. Learn more about our approach to care.

Meet the doctors behind your care

Each of our doctors brings different training and techniques, so we can match the right approach to each patient’s condition.

Melinda Keller, Clinic Director

As founder and Clinic Director, Dr. Keller leads with a philosophy built on the body’s ability to heal when the spine and nervous system are properly supported.

Marilyn Appelbaum, Chiropractic Consultant

Dr. Appelbaum consults on patient cases and contributes to clinical oversight. She’s a strong advocate for the mind-body connection and for making sure every patient feels heard.

Stephanie Raymonvil, Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Raymonvil takes a highly individual approach, spending time outside of patient hours researching and tailoring care to each case.

Fran Sarullo, Doctor of Chiropractic

Shaped by her own recovery from a back injury at 22, Dr. Sarullo focuses on genuine connection and the role emotional health plays in healing.

How we build your care plan

Our care follows four milestones, so your condition is addressed in the right order and at the right pace: Stabilize & Reduce Irritation, Restore Function & Healing Capacity, Reinforce & Build Resilience, and Optimize & Maintain. Every service, from adjustments to spinal decompression to PEMF therapy, fits within this framework. Read the full breakdown on our approach page.
