Individualized care that goes beyond the appointment
A personal mission that became a career
Dr. Raymonvil was born and raised in New York City. As she was finishing high school, her mother suffered two strokes in one week, which left her paralyzed and unable to speak at 54. That experience led Dr. Raymonvil to change her college major to exercise physiology and dedicate her career to preventive, whole-body health.
- Proactive, not reactive: She's committed to shifting health care from treating sickness to preventing it.
- Broad professional experience: She has worked with New York Sports Clubs, Oxygym Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Park City Primary Care Centers, the University of Bridgeport Health Sciences Center, and more.
- Empowering women: She loves helping women of all ages build healthier lifestyles in practical, realistic ways.
What she wishes every patient understood
Dr. Raymonvil believes patience is part of the healing process. Most conditions develop over time, and real recovery takes time and structure too.
- Mind and body are connected: That connection is part of every care plan she builds.
- Pain isn't the only measure: Progress can happen before you feel it.
- The reward is in the room: Seeing a patient get up from the table feeling better is what keeps her going.
