New to Brooklyn Spine Center?

Here’s how to know if you’re in the right place.

Starting care somewhere new takes trust. This page will help you decide whether Brooklyn Spine Center is the right fit for what you’re going through.

We work best with patients who are tired of temporary fixes

Brooklyn Spine Center is built for people with real, often complex conditions that affect how they move, feel, and function. If you’re dealing with spine or disc pain, neuropathy, joint pain, mobility limitations, or nervous system stress, you’re in the right place. See the full list of conditions we treat. Many of our patients come to us after other approaches didn’t give them lasting results.
We also help patients with metabolic and structural stress, like weight-related joint strain, fatigue, and slow recovery. Not sure if your condition fits? Contact us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.

Who this may not be the right fit for: We’re a non-surgical, non-medication-based practice. If your condition needs emergency care, a surgical evaluation, or primary care, we’ll tell you directly and help point you in the right direction.

Improve range of motion, nerve function, and your body’s ability to repair.

Milestone 3

Reinforce & Build Resilience:

Strengthen healthy movement patterns to help keep the problem from coming back.

Milestone 4

Optimize & Maintain:

You'll know what's happening every step of the way

Starting care somewhere new can bring a lot of uncertainty, and we take that seriously. From your first call to the moment your doctor explains your findings, we’ll make sure you understand what’s happening and why. See what to expect at your first visit.
Our billing team can check your insurance benefits before your visit, and we’ll talk with you about costs before care begins. Coverage varies by plan, and some services may not be covered. Learn more on our Costs & Insurance page.

I was referred to Dr. Keller for a chronic tibial. tendonitis pain. I’m on a track & field club team so my training can be very intense. I wasn’t able to withstand certain workouts, walk, or stand without having sharp pain. Dr. Keller was able to breakdown the cause and introduced the shockwave treatment. The team has been so helpful and caring. I was able compete at the Colgate women’s games and place 3rd in the finals! Do yourself a favor and book Brooklyn Spine Center.

Dr. Keller is incredibly compassionate and knowledgable about all things discs. I feel like we’re actually getting to the root of what’s going on rather than chasing temporary relief. No cortisone shots here… they’re doing way cooler stuff. I’m still early in the process, but I’m already noticing more mobility and a real sense of progress. Shout out to the entire support team... they're super switched on and extremely good at what they do. Grateful to have found Dr. Keller & co!

The staff are very nice and friendly, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience. One suggestion: make sure to ask in advance what tests and services are included in the cost. In my case, I paid $125 for an X-ray but was told the report was not available and would only be provided at the next visit. Despite that, the doctor still gave a diagnosis and treatment plan that wroth 17000 and we just need to pay 4100 out of pocket. This made me question whether the X-ray was necessary, and also raised some doubts for me about the authenticity of some of the positive reviews. Overall, the staff are great, but I recommend confirming pricing, process, and report availability ahead of time.

Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. Dr. Keller diagnosed me & made a treatment plan. Now I can say my back feels so much better! I never went to a chiropractor before but I am happy I did. Dr Stephanie is amazing, hands of gold. Dana treats you like family and makes coming to do non surgical spinal decompression a fabulous experience! LOVE this place!

Dr. Keller and her team are helping me more than any other person I have tried. That includes Physical Therapy, two Chiropractors and two Pain Management Specialists. I have a long road ahead of me; however, I am feeling better and positive.

Questions from New Patients

1. How do I know if my condition is something you treat?

The easiest way is to contact us or come in for an evaluation. We see a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, and if yours is outside our scope, we’ll tell you and help point you in the right direction. You can also browse the conditions we treat.

2. Do I need to bring anything to my first appointment?

Bring any imaging or reports you already have, like X-rays or MRIs, and a list of your current medications and supplements. See what to expect for a full breakdown of your first visit.

3. Will I receive treatment on my very first visit?

Your first visit focuses on your evaluation, exam, and a conversation about your goals. Most patients start care at their next visit, once the doctor has reviewed the findings and explained the recommended plan.

4. How long are appointments?

Your first appointment allows time for a full evaluation and conversation. Follow-up visits are shorter and vary based on your care plan.

5. What if I've been to a chiropractor before and it didn't help?

Many of our patients have had that experience. We offer a range of therapies beyond traditional chiropractic, including spinal decompression, PEMF, cold laser, shockwave therapy, and neuropathy care. Often, the full picture of what was needed just wasn’t addressed before.
