What to Expect at Your First Visit

1. Conversation & History

We’ll discuss your symptoms, medical history, daily activities, and goals—what you want to get back to doing.

2. Physical Assessment

Your therapist will assess your posture, range of motion, strength, flexibility, and movement patterns. This may include simple functional tests like reaching, bending, or walking.

3. Clear Diagnosis & Plan

We explain our findings in simple terms and outline a personalized treatment plan, including how often we recommend you come and what we’ll focus on together.

4. Initial Treatment

Most patients begin treatment on day one. You may receive a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and education on posture or home strategies.

5. Home Exercise Program

You’ll leave with specific exercises and self-care strategies to support your progress between visits.

I've been struggling with my back injury since mid June of this year, and the "Hippocratic Oath" that the Medical Profession is so proud of, well I can tell you from personal experience, IT'S BULLSHIT! The Pharmaceutical industry, along with Doctor's, the Corporate and the managerial personnel, are so corrupt. I'm serious, I've never placed any trust in NONE of them. I called the Brooklyn Spine Center Friday, late afternoon, was scheduled for an appointment today, and feel as if I found a Diamond in the rough. In life I know... THERE'S GOOD, THERE'S BAD, AND THERE'S UGLY! I truly believe that Brooklyn Spine Center, they're not just good, they're GREAT. I was so bouyed when I left there that it felt like my feet weren't even touching the ground. I thank everyone I came in contact with, from the receptionist, to my doctor...THANK YOU.
